Fostriecin (sodium) (compound 1, CI-920) is an antibiotic with a cytotoxic activity. Fostriecin (sodium) is also an inhibitor of protein phosphatase including PP4 (IC50= 3 nM)and PP2 (IC50=1.5 nM)[1].
