Lot's of bug fixes and additions.   Principle among them

1) Now uses estimate of the corners of the chip from the Affy scanner
software

2) Works on most (all??) genotyping chips, including 100k and forth coming
500k

3) Implemented a "global" estimate of feature variance to help stablize
parameter choice for resequencing on smaller feature chips.

4) Loads of minor crashing bugs fixed in grid alignment.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
